March 14, 2026 Update:

• Jennings' Garfield Heights campus remains without power due to Friday's storms causing an area wide outage. At 1:30p.m. Saturday, we learned that power is expected to be restored by 11pm Saturday. Jennings residents in Garfield Heights and Beacon Grove Apartments are welcome to join us in our auditorium - which has generator power - for beverages, snacks, fellowship and warmth.
• Jennings at Notre Dame Village remains without power due to Friday's storms. At 1:00p.m. the Illuminating Company estimates that power will be restored by 11:00p.m. on 3/14.

March 13, 2026: As of 3:40pm., Jennings' Garfield Heights campus and Beacon Grove Apartments in Maple Heights are currently experiencing a power outage due to the storm and heavy winds. Jennings Hall nursing home and the assisted living residences are operating on generator power.

The Garfield Heights campus is the hub for phone lines at our Garfield Heights and Brecksville communities. They are intermittently working at this time. Please be patient while we wait for these systems to come back online, and as staff spend extra time reassuring and attending to residents.
