• Paid Time Off (PTO): A generous combination of vacation, paid absence and personal days is a flexible way for staff to choose how they would like to spend their time off.
  • 3 days of Paid Time Off after 3 months, 2 days at 6 months, and 2 more days at 9 months
  • 15 days of Paid Time Off for 1-5 years of service
  • 20 days after five years of service
  • 25 days after ten years of service
• Part-time staff members will earn pro-rated PTO time
• Health Insurance: Staff members working at least 30 hours per week are eligible for coverage, with options for dental and vision coverage.
• Life Insurance: Coverage is available for staff members working at least 20 hours per week.
• Retirement: Jennings offers a match into a 403b program as well as a discretionary contribution. On-site retirement workshops are also available.
• Short-term Disability: Available to staff working at least 20 hours per week and provides up to six (6) months of short-term disability.
• Holidays: Seven (7) paid days per year for full-time staff members. Prorated for part-time staff. All hourly staff members who work on a holiday are paid double the normal rate for the hours worked.
• Child Care: Marymount Child Care at Jennings is our on-site infant and child care (Garfield Heights campus), providing a convenient way to ensure quality care for your child during working hours. Our center accepts children six weeks to school-age and is open Monday through Friday from 5:45a.m. to 6:00pm.
