Jennings' Gardenside Rehabilitation supports individuals recovering from a hospital visit for reasons such as surgery or serious illness. We'll help you recover and regain strength through therapies and skilled nursing so you can return home.

Skilled Nursing Fact Sheet

At Jennings, each skilled nursing suite is private and offers a studio layout with living area, bed and private bathroom. The suite is readily furnished with a bed, dresser, night stand and chair, though we welcome you to bring your own furnishings to make you most comfortable during recovery.

Social areas, activities and amenities invite friendships and enable the spirit of community to flourish. From your initial hospital stay through your recovery and return home, Jennings' interdisciplinary staff will help you and your family with transitions.
