The Staff Member of the Year- also known as the Star of the Year was selected this year using a nominating process that was open to staff members, residents and families to highlight an individual who meet the following criteria:
• Demonstrates consistently high quality of work performance and unusual dedication to work.
• Shows a team spirit in terms of pitching in, working cooperatively to get the work done and goes above and beyond.
• Enjoys excellent rapport with residents and their families and coworkers, displays excellent attendance records, shows extraordinary concern for other’s well being and
• Participates willingly and fully in the life of the community.
