St. Agnes Terrace

St. Agnes Terrace

St. Agnes Terrace is a beautiful 42-unit building with two- and three-bedroom apartments for adults who are 62 years of age or older.

St. Agnes Terrace was named in honor of St. Agnes Church, the parish established by Monsignor Gilbert Jennings, the namesake and visionary for our campus.

Opened in May 2003, St. Agnes Terrace offers 13 market rate apartments as well as 29 rent-adjusted apartments for those who qualify. St. Agnes Terrace offers 2 bedroom, 1bath floor plans and 3 bedrooms, 1 & 1/2 bath floor plans, and some of the apartments are specially designed to be mobility accessible.

Successful living means affordable housing with supportive services. Jennings is a model for successful aging, offering plentiful options to enable each individual’s short-term and long-term goals in wellness, lifelong learning, nutrition and social activities while living in an affordable, manageable home.

Our apartments provide a social and supportive environment, with a true sense of community that unites apartment tenants. Everywhere you look there is evidence that our apartments are not just buildings, but a warm and welcoming community.
