Cottage homes offer spacious, open concept floor plans with universal design features.
There are two floor plans, each approximately 2,100 square feet including the garage.
The two-bedroom with den, two-bath floor plan (floor plan A) includes a separate den near the second bedroom that is ideal for workspace or hobbies.
The two-bedroom, two-bath floor plan (floor plan B) includes large combined dining room and living room into a single great room that's perfect for relaxed entertaining and informal gatherings.
