Excellence in person-centered care comes from an extensive staff pulling together toward a common mission by extending their hearts and hands to others.

We strive to live our values in every aspect of life on our campus. We encourage each individual we serve to continue pursuing their personal interests. Jennings connects older adults with high quality art and cultural experiences including performances and classes in fine arts, creative writing, drama, and music. Opportunities for lifelong learning and interactive programs provide easy access to stimulating real-world experiences that nourish the heart and mind. Some of the ways we live out our values include annual retreats for staff members, incorporating mission and values into our staff members' annual reviews, and illustrating one value each month in a creative display.
