Jennings recognized as 17-time NorthCoast 99 winner

Jennings is proud to be recognized for the seventeenth time by ERC as one of 99 great Northeast Ohio workplaces for top talent! This year's theme is "Top of the Charts: Workplaces that Rock." We will be recognized along with the other winners at the awards ceremony on September 16, 2026.

Our mission of serving aging Ohioans is only possible because of the incredible staff. This NorthCoast 99 recognition is a testament to their dedication, compassion and innovation. And the best part? We are winners in part because of the way our staff answered the #nc99 surveys.

NorthCoast 99 is an awards program that honors 99 great Northeast Ohio workplaces for top talent. It consists of employee surveys and an application that collects information on organizational HR practices. Winning companies are determined based on how their policies and practices align with criteria that increases the probability of attracting and retaining top-performers.
