Staff competes for rib cookoff title

The taste of summer is a rib cookoff! Three of Jennings at Brecksville’s staff members - David, Michelle and Tone - prepared their finest rib recipes and put our tastebuds to the test. Tasters tallied scoresheets based on tenderness, sauce, and appearance as they rated each entry. This delicious rib to rib competition was a close finish:
