WEWS recognizes Jennings resident for beautifying community with flowers
We're so grateful for #volunteers like Bob who take part in beautifying our campus - and our community! Bob's green thumb has made our stretch of Granger Road more colorful on both sides of the street. It's an incredible labor of love that gives him purpose, brings joy to those who drive through the neighborhood, and invites conversation with neighbors.
News 5 Cleveland Reporter John Kosich captured impact of simple acts: "What he would like people to know is that something as simple as a hanging basket of flowers can make a difference in someone's day and a community's outlook.
"I think it gives people joy, it gives people a sense of pride and community, that somebody is doing something for the community that life is not just all complaints but good things happen and beauty happens."
