Jennings at Brecksville residents bake for National Cheesecake Day

To celebrate National Cheesecake Day, Jennings at Brecksville resident Jo Cook led us in a baking demonstration to make her favorite dessert!

We gathered in the multipurpose room where Jo measured, mixed and added beautiful berry toppings to the cream cheese base. After the confection cooled, individual cheesecakes were delivered to residents’ apartments. Delicious!
