Jennings Assisted Living earns deficiency-free survey

We are proud to announce that Jennings Assisted Living in Garfield Heights earned a state survey that was deficiency free in both assisted living residences on the campus.Though the state survey is just one measurement, the accomplishment is affirming for staff.
