Jennings welcomes new Executive Director to Garfield Heights campus

Jennings welcomes Dean Palombaro as the new Executive Director of Jennings’ Garfield Heights campus.With over 15 years of experience in the field of aging services, Dean has a proven track record of dedicated service to older adults. Dean's experience has been with not-for-profit organizations, including Eliza Jennings and Ohio Living, before joining us at Jennings. He has a passion for serving older adults and an unwavering belief in the importance of recognizing the people who serve them.

Dean is also the administrator for assisted living on the campus. In addition to that role, he will be working with a team whose leadership includes Nkechi (Kay) Edeh, Administrator for Jennings Hall nursing home; Jennifer Vinci, Director of Independent Living; and Kathy LiPuma, Director of Adult Day Services.

Dean is a committed professional, but he is also a loving husband and a devoted father to his step-daughter and two furry friends, Oscar and Otis. In his free time, he enjoys staying active with workouts, yoga and Pilates, as well as traveling and playing golf.
