On Holy Thursday, we remember how Jesus washed the feet of the disciples (John 13:1-15). This beautiful act is a powerful example of servant leadership. "If I, therefore, the master and teacher, have washed your feet, you ought to wash one another’s feet. I have given you a model to follow, so that as I have done for you, you should also do.” (John 13:14-15)
At Mass, Jennings’ Director of Mission and Ministry Deacon Dan Galla (pictured) and other Jennings staff members washed the feet of residents. Modeled by our founders, the Sisters of the Holy Spirit, staff of all disciplines, positions and backgrounds share in a ministry to serve God’s people with love and compassion.
