We know that friends of Jennings have also loved our dear Sister Patricia Raelene. So many have inquired about her recently, and she has given us permission to share that after her courageous previous fight, regrettably her cancer returned. We humbly ask for your prayers for her and respect her wishes for privacy. She said, “I hear the Lord saying to me…”shake the dust from your feet…the time is drawing near.” I am weary my friends and I sense my journey is coming to an end here on this earth. I am peaceful, I am ready. Thank you for being a part of my life and taking this journey with me. You have each blessed my life.”

Sister Patricia Raelene informed us that the Conference of Religious Leadership (CORL) is bringing awareness to food insecurities this week. Sister Patricia Raelene has long been a champion of serving Jennings’ staff families, helping to coordinate such activities as Thanksgiving and Easter baskets of food for families who could benefit from a little assistance. If you wish to honor Sister Patricia Raelene or the legacy of the Sisters of the Holy Spirit, she suggests dropping off non-perishable goods, grocery gift cards or a donation to Jennings to help these families. Jennings will take these donations through Friday, March 26 to prepare baskets ahead of Easter.
