Jennings receives perfect survey

Jennings’ Garfield Heights campus is proud to share Jennings is proud to share that we received a perfect survey! The Ohio Department of Health has begun the process of surveying every nursing home in the state of Ohio before the end of June. It is a focused infection control survey as well as a life safety code survey attentive to the emergency plan. The survey for Jennings Hall nursing home began Monday, June 8 and was completed June 10; and Jennings had a deficiency free survey.
