Through her career at Jennings, Allison has been instrumental in the transformation of Jennings from a nursing home into a continuum of services across four locations for successful aging with many choices in residences and services. She leads not only with her sharp intellect but with her generous and warm heart. Through her leadership, Jennings has maintained a reputation for high quality, person-centered care and innovative services. Likewise, she is attentive to the difference a hug and a few minutes of her time can make in the life of an individual. Allison personifies the qualities of servant leadership with unwavering commitment to Jennings’ not-for-profit mission. She gives of herself tirelessly whenever there is a need.
