Jennings’ staff members honored as LeadingAge Ohio STARS

The stars are out! Five Jennings staff members were honored by our state advocacy association, LeadingAge Ohio, as LeadingAge Ohio STARS. The Jennings staff members — Rhonda Casey, Theresa Oliver-Barber, Elizabeth Robicheaux, Jodi Spiegel and Dawnne Timko— were selected through the Stars program, which annually recognizes non-management staff of not-for-profit providers of services for older Ohioans who have been nominated by staff, residents, clients or family members for fulfilling the not-for-profit mission and vision every day with their dedicated exemplary service. The 2015 stars were honored at luncheons in LeadingAge Ohio’s five Ohio districts.

The staff stars attended a gourmet lunch and were showered with commemorate gifts-professional photographs, lapel pins, awards certificates, and copies of all the nomination forms submitted for them. “These outstanding staff members consistently exemplify our mission and values in their everyday work.” said Denise Smudla, Director of Human Resources at Jennings. “We congratulate them on this well-deserved recognition and thank them for the positive impact they have on those we serve each day.”

LeadingAge Ohio Stars events are designed to recognize special staff members with a much-deserved day of honor and celebration.
