  • Creativity: Expose yourself to newness. Take a different path. Be purposefully random.
  • Focus: Plan your day. Turn off email for an hour. Be mindful: for two minutes each hour, just breathe & clear your head.
  • Sensuality: Bask in sunshine. Wear something that makes you feel awesome. Eat a bit of dark chocolate slowly.
  • Soulfulness: Meditate for five minutes. Review your Core Values. Show up authentically.
  • Relationships: Write and mail a personal note. Say, “I was thinking about you.” Give hugs away for free.
  • Happiness: Dance a moment. Smile out loud. Say “I love you just the way you are” in the mirror.
