- Sensuality: Bask in sunshine. Wear something that makes you feel awesome. Eat a bit of dark chocolate slowly.
- Soulfulness: Meditate for five minutes. Review your Core Values. Show up authentically.
- Relationships: Write and mail a personal note. Say, “I was thinking about you.” Give hugs away for free.
- Happiness: Dance a moment. Smile out loud. Say “I love you just the way you are” in the mirror.
