11/10/2025: Beginning Monday, November 10, 2025 Jennings is replacing the floor in the hallways of the Main Level neighborhood. The project will begin after dinner on Monday. We are expecting that the floor removal will take approximately 3 days. During this time, residents and staff will still be able to leave and return to their residence. Guests may continue to visit, and we ask that you use caution during this time. For your convenience, we will continue to update this page with details as the project progresses and welcome you to check this information ahead of your visit. We have been told that the noise will be only a couple of hours, and will finish before residents are typically going to sleep.

We appreciate your patience during this brief period of added noise and workmanship and look forward to the upgrade to a modern, more comfortable floor. During this time, please assist us in reassuring your loved one that this is a temporary inconvenience. 11/11/2025: In the Main Level Pilla neighborhood, residences 119-127, the hallway had tile removed and leveled. Tonight, the team will work on the hallway of residences 110-117.

11/13/2025: We have removed the tile in the entire Main Level Pilla neighborhood, and prepared the floors for installation. The installation of new flooring will begin today.

11/17/2025: The two Main Level Pilla hallway floors are complete, and the last hallway will be completed tonight. The removal of the Main Level Goudreau neighborhood hallway floors will begin Tuesday, Nov. 18.
