Through many changes and unforeseen challenges in our world, Jennings is doing everything we can to keep residents and staff safe while still finding moments each day to celebrate life.

The front porch at Jennings' Garfield Heights campus is a peaceful gathering place, a warm welcome and a breath of fresh air. It’s where we gather to grill out, blow bubbles, soak up the sun and watch kids and older adults alike ride on a slip ‘n slide.

Where veterans line up to salute the flag as Taps plays and we honor those who have served our country on Veteran’s Day. Where residents of every ability connect with each other and with their families, sharing stories or simply enjoying the company of loved ones in peaceful silence.

Donors supported the renovation of the front porch, as well as donations of flowers for our horticulture program.

Our renovated front porch and surrounding area includes enhanced safety features, more room for residents to gather and accessible flower beds for a horticulture program. Residents spend so much time in the nice weather enjoying the porch and we want to give them a beautiful, welcoming space that can fulfill all of their needs.

Raised garden beds to grow flowers and produce. A fireplace to make s'mores and enjoy cooler evenings. Comfortable seating to feel the sun on your face. We hope you’ll support us in giving them the best experience possible.
